We typically process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Most customers receive their package within 3–5 business days after dispatch.


2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we’re working to expand international availability in the near future. Stay tuned by joining our email list for updates and launch announcements.


3. What size capsules do you use?

All of our supplements are made with size 00 vegan capsules — easy to swallow and designed for consistent, accurate dosing.


4. Should I take herbal supplements with food?

Most of our capsules can be taken with or without food. However, if you’re sensitive or new to herbal supplements, we suggest starting with a small meal to support absorption and reduce the chance of mild stomach discomfort.

12. Do you ship to Canada and do I have to pay taxes when ordering from Canada?

Yes — Natural Aura Botanicals now offers shipping to Canada! We’ve expanded our shipping zones to serve our Canadian customers with the same care and product integrity we’re known for in the U.S. Canadian orders have a flat-rate shipping fee of $13.99 USD, with free shipping available on orders over $75 USD. We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery, with most orders arriving within 7–14 business days depending on the region. We don’t charge Canadian tax at checkout. However, your local carrier may collect duties or taxes upon delivery, depending on your province’s regulations.
