From our apothecary to your door. Here is what to expect when you order.
Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. All prices below are in U.S. dollars.
- United States: $7.99 flat-rate shipping on orders under $75; free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.
- Canada: $13.99 flat-rate shipping. Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.
We select the standard carrier for your shipment. Available shipping options and the final total appear at checkout.
Tracking your order
You will receive tracking information when your order ships. If you have not received it within three business days, email info@naturalaurabotanicals.com with your order number.
Returns
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Our existing exclusions apply: returns are not accepted for mixed or blended items or items with broken safety seals. Exchanges and store credits are not available.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers pay return shipping unless the return is due to a Natural Aura Botanicals error.

Email info@naturalaurabotanicals.com with your order number and the item involved. Please contact us within 30 days if your shipment contains missing, incorrect, or damaged items.
