Pregnancy & Breastfeeding | Safety-First Herbal Guidance
Because pregnancy and breastfeeding are uniquely sensitive times, we take an intentionally cautious approach with herbs.
Many of our internal blends for hormones, detox, weight, or blood sugar are not designed to be used during this season
without direct guidance from your healthcare provider.
Instead of a long supplement list, this assessment focuses on gentle, supportive options and good sense: nourishing food,
steady blood sugar, hydration, rest, and stress reduction. Any internal herbal product should be cleared with your midwife,
OB, or primary care clinician before you begin.
- We avoid automatically matching you to strong detox, “fat burner,” or hormone-targeted formulas.
- We do not recommend starting new internal herbs for complex conditions without medical oversight.
- Topical products (like salves, butters, and oils) may be more appropriate, but should still be used thoughtfully.
If you would like more tailored support during pregnancy or breastfeeding, we strongly recommend a
brief consultation with your healthcare provider and, when possible, a qualified herbalist who can
review your medications, health history, and trimester or postpartum stage.
This quiz is here to educate and gently guide you – not to replace prenatal care, medical advice,
or individualized herbal recommendations.
