    • The subtotal must reach $50 after discounts, before sales tax is calculated.
  2. Shipping Restrictions:
    • We currently ship only within the United States.
    • Orders under $50 are subject to common carrier rates based on your zip code and weight.
    • Natural Aura Botanicals selects the carrier for orders, but you can opt for faster delivery at checkout.
  3. Order Processing:
    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
    • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  4. Tracking Information:
    • You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
    • If you haven’t received tracking information, please contact us for assistance.
  5. International Shipping:

  • Mixed or blended products are not eligible for return.
  • Essential oils and extracts in 8oz or larger sizes with broken safety seals cannot be returned.
