Shipping and Return Policy

Free Shipping Options:

  • Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S.
  • For Canada, free shipping applies to orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

Shipping Methods & Carriers:
We ship via USPS and other standard carriers. Natural Aura Botanicals.com selects the shipping carrier for all standard orders. However, you may choose faster delivery options at checkout for an additional cost.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping Rates:

  • U.S. orders under $50: $7.99 flat rate
  • Canada orders under $75: $13.99 flat rate

Tracking Details:
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking information within three business days, contact us at [email protected].

International Shipping:
We currently only ship within the U.S. and Canada. International orders outside these regions are not available at this time.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window.

Return Requirements:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Natural Aura Botanicals error.

Exclusions:

  • We do not accept returns on mixed or blended items, broken safety seals, or 8 oz+ essential oils and extracts.
  • Exchanges and store credits are not available at this time.
