Suggested Use

Adults should drink an 8 oz serving twice daily. May be consumed in the morning and evening for optimal results.
Boil Water: Bring 1 quart of water to a rolling boil.
Steep: Add 2 tea bags to the boiling water, cover, and remove from heat. Allow to steep for at least 4 hours, up to 8 hours, for maximum potency.
Combine: After steeping, remove the tea bags and combine the concentrated tea with 3 quarts of cold water to make 1 gallon of tea. Stir well and refrigerate to preserve freshness.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light.
