Suggested Use

Boil Water: Bring 1 quart of water to a rolling boil.
Steep: Add 2 tea bags and cover. Remove from heat and let steep for 4 to 8 hours.
Combine: Combine the steeped tea with 3 quarts of cold water to make 1 gallon of tea. Refrigerate.
Adults should drink an 8 oz serving three times per day. May be consumed in the morning, afternoon, and night for optimal results.
